This shot was taken at the Seattle shows I did with Terry April1st and2nd. The picture was taken by my Roadie , Guitar Tech Photo Guy, Dan Curtis. Left in frame : Guitar rack with Ibanez Mandolin, Peavey Wolfgang, Martin Custom. I am playing my 57 Vintage Reissue Fender Strat. We call her Greenie :} On the Floor : My effects board with Electro Harmonix LIne Booster, Boss Distortion, Ibanez Tube Screamer, Head Rush Akai Echo, Boss Tuner and Boss Stereo Chorus. Behind me : My rack with EV Wireless, Hafler Power Amp, Cd player for solo backing tracks I create, and my mixer for the acoustic sounds. On the Bottom : Those are 2x15 cabs with horns for acoustic stuff and I like to run a little of my AC 30 through those 15's on stage. I used to poo poo Eric Johnson for using this set up but.....sorry Eric now I hear the point :} I use Sennheiser Guitar Mics cause I think they are the best but its all up to the ear right! | |

The girl in the bottom left of the picture.....If you look close {enlarge it a little} you can see she has her eyes shut, head back and is just digging the music. What a blessing this is to be able to still go out and rock the night away with music lovers young and old !!! Oh ya and I got my Van Halen Cap ON !!!
Behind me to the right you can see David the House Sound Tech at his board. Down on the floor in front of him you can see the little Marshall I carry with us for when the big rig takes a dump on us in the middle of a show. Lots and Lots of cables, power supplies and such to make that puppy run. Never can tell what might happen :} | |
